For our Client from the construction industry, we are looking for candidates for the position of Procurement Specialist. We offer legal employment based on a Polish contract of temporary employment.

Procurement Specialist (M/K/X)

• Sending request for quotations and substantive verification of offers,
• Preparing and processing orders based on internal requests from request for quotation to receipt of invoice,
• Conducting negotiations with suppliers (prices, delivery dates, material quality, contract terms, complaints),
• Compiling required material and quality documentation for deliveries,
• Independently preparing analyses, reports, and conclusions within the scope of handled matters,
• Preparing detailed budgets for material supplies,
• Market analysis, searching for potential suppliers and verifying current ones,
• Cooperation with the team responsible for project implementation,
• Maintaining the supplier database,
• Optimizing purchasing costs.

Long-term cooperation.

•  Minimum 5 years of experience in a position related to purchasing and supply,
• Higher education (technical preferred),
• Communicative knowledge of English (min. B2) – in speech and writing,
• Good knowledge of MS Office package (especially Excel and Outlook); knowledge of SharePoint will be an additional asset,
• Diligence, commitment, and good organization of own work, as well as teamwork skills,
• Knowledge of the pressure industry, construction and installation works in the transmission, gas and energy infrastructure sector is welcome,
• Ability to read technical documentation is welcome.
