Crane operator / prefabrication worker (M/K/X)

Your scope of duties:

• Operating the crane,
• Moving large elements,
• Assistance in the production of building materials.

Expected contract duration:

• Min. 6 months (with possibility of extension).

Our requirements:

• Crane operating license (welcome),
• Experience in moving large elements,
• Communicative English and own car for travel are welcome.

What we offer:

• Employment based on a Polish temporary employment contract,
• Hourly rate: €19.68 gross,
• Overtime supplement +50% for each hour beyond the 40th per week,
• A referral bonus of 500 PLN gross for recommending an employee,
• Additional 13th salary,
• Travel reimbursement based on mileage according to Belgian law,
• Car depreciation allowance of €50/month,
• Remote coordinator support during travel and throughout the contract,
• We provide and cover accommodation costs,
