For our Client from the industrial sector we are looking for candidates for the position of CNC machine operator. We offer legal employment based on a French temporary employment contract.

CNC machine operator (M/K/X)

• Machining of elements on CNC machines,
• Operation of vertical lathes with a diameter of 2000 (civil aviation sector),
• Machining of the main engine casing LEAP SAFRAN: material: titanium 590, cycle time: 35 hours, part weight: 90 kg,
• Lathes operated:
  – Vertical lathe SCHIESS – Numerical control SIEMENS 840 B.
  – Vertical lathe BERTHIEZ BM160 – Numerical control NUM 1060.
  – Vertical lathe DORRIES – Numerical control SIEMENS 840 D.

• Experience in operating CNC machines,
• knowledge of SIEMENS 840 B, NUM 1060, SIEMENS 840 D systems,
• Knowledge of the SINUMERIC system – will be a huge advantage,
• Ability to read technical drawings,
• Private car for travel.

• Employment based on a French employment contract – entitlement to sickness and pension benefits,
• Basic hourly rate: 16,50 euro gross/h,
• Work in a 3-shift system (5:00 – 13:00 / 13:00 – 21:00 / 21:00 – 5:00),
• Night shift supplement (21:00 – 5:00): 1,82 euro gross/h = night shift rate 18,32 euro gross/h,
• Meal allowance for each night shift worked (21:00 – 5:00) in the amount of: 7,50 euro gross/night shift,
• Productivity bonus (discretionary): 1,375 euro gross/h,
• Overtime paid: from 36h – 25%, from 44h – 50%,
• +10% bonus at the end of assignment to the hourly rate,
• +10% bonus at the end of assignment for unused vacation or 2 days off for each month worked,
• Free travel to France (paid bus ticket) or reimbursement for travel by own car according to a lump sum of 180 euro + supplement for taking a passenger 45 euro/person,
• Commuting allowance according to applicable Belgian law,
• Car depreciation in the amount of 50 euro/month,
• Organized accommodation – payable 260€/monthly,
• Bonus in the amount of 500 PLN gross for referring an employee,
• Remote coordinator support during travel and during the contract,

• Online administrative support, thanks to which you handle all formalities without leaving home.
