CNC Operator (M/F/X) – Work in France

For our Client from the industrial sector, we are looking for candidates for the position of CNC operator. We offer legal employment based on a French temporary employment contract.

Country: France, Issoire – Puy de Dome

CNC Machine Operator (M/F/X) – small parts

• Machining of small-sized parts made of hard metals,
• Operating CNC lathes with numerical control,
• Simultaneous operation of 2 machines – DOOSAN Puma 3100 and DOOSAN Lynx 300M with Fanuc control,
• Series machining of parts – approximately 40 items,
• Producing components for the civil and military aviation sector,
• Ongoing quality control of manufactured parts,
• 100% inspection of parts using traditional measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, and depth gauges.

• Long-term cooperation

• Experience working on CNC machines,
• Knowledge of Fanuc control,
• Ability to operate CNC machines and work based on technical documentation,
• Valid category B driving license and own car for travel.

• Employment based on a French employment contract – entitlement to sickness and pension benefits,
• Basic hourly rate: €16.50 gross/hour,
• Work in a 3-shift system (5:00 AM – 1:00 PM / 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM / 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM),
• Night shift allowance (9:00 PM – 5:00 AM): €1.82 gross/hour = night shift rate €18.32 gross/hour,
• Meal allowance for each night shift worked (9:00 PM – 5:00 AM) in the amount of: €7.50 gross/night,
• Productivity bonus (discretionary): €1.375 gross/hour,
• Overtime paid: from 36h – 25%, from 44h – 50%,
• +10% bonus at the end of the assignment on the hourly rate,
• +10% bonus at the end of the assignment for unused vacation or 2 days off for each month worked,
• Free travel to France (paid coach ticket) or reimbursement for travel by own car according to a lump sum of €180 + an allowance for taking a passenger of €45/person,
• Commuting allowance in accordance with applicable Belgian law,
• Car depreciation allowance in the amount of €50/month,
• Organized accommodation – payable €260/month,
• Bonus of PLN 500 gross for referring an employee,
• Remote coordinator support during travel and throughout the contract duration,

• Online administrative support, thanks to which you can handle all formalities without leaving your home.
