1. Preliminary interview
Choose one of our offers and send us your CV. After your application is processed, our recruiter will contact you and ask some general questions about your professional experience.

2. Job interview
At the job interview (on site or online), our recruiter will ask you about the history of your employment, will present the job offer to you and describe in detail the job and the project which you can potentially be employed for.

3. Verification of documents
The recruiters will check your residence and legalization of stay options or your potential for being posted abroad. If the recruitment process so requires, we will also verify your trainings, certificates, etc.

4. Candidate recommendation to the user-employer
Having conducted the job interviews and selected appropriate candidates, the agency will prepare the candidate’s profile and recommend a potential employee to the client.

5. Decision
Once the candidates are selected and ratified, the agency will deal with all the employment formalities. We will assist you in the entire process of signing the temporary work contract, make your travel arrangements, find accommodation for you and assign a project coordinator to you.
