Painter (M/K/X) – Work in France

For our Client from the construction and finishing industry, we are looking for candidates for the position of painter. We offer legal employment based on a French temporary employment contract.

Painter (M/K/X)

• Painting walls and ceilings in hotel rooms,
• Preparing surfaces for painting (filling, sanding, priming),
• Protecting furniture and fixtures before starting work,
• Performing finishing work and paint touch-ups,
• Ensuring the aesthetics and high quality of the work performed,
• Maintaining order at the workplace and complying with health and safety regulations.

• Long-term cooperation.

• Experience working as a construction painter,
• Ability to prepare surfaces for painting (filling, sanding, priming),
• Accuracy and attention to aesthetics in performed work,
• Independence and good work organization,
• Readiness to start work immediately,

• Employment based on a French employment contract – entitlement to sickness and pension benefits,
• Hourly rate: 15 euro gross,
• Free accommodation in the hotel where the work is performed,
• Bonus +10% of the hourly rate at the end of the mission,
• Bonus +10% at the end of the mission for unused leave, or 2 days off for each month worked,
• Free travel to France (paid coach ticket) or reimbursement for travel by own car according to a lump sum of 180 euro + an allowance for taking a passenger 45 euro /person,
• A bonus of 500 PLN gross for referring an employee,
• Remote support from a coordinator during the trip and throughout the contract,

• Online administrative support, allowing you to handle all formalities without leaving your home.
