For our Client from the construction industry we are looking for candidates for the position of works / construction manager. We offer legal employment based on a Polish employment contract.

Works / Construction Manager (M/K/X)

• Implementation of investment projects of an infrastructural and industrial nature, gas stations, gas compressor stations, and high-pressure gas pipelines,
• Exercising constant control and ongoing supervision over the process of carrying out works,
• Settling costs of executed works, preparing statements of materials used, and maintaining necessary investment documentation within the scope of assigned tasks,
• Optimization of investment costs,
• Responsibility for task execution in accordance with the work schedule,
• Supervision of contract documentation,
• Cooperation in preparing tender offers,
• Supervision of compliance with OHS regulations on the construction site.

• Long-term cooperation.

• Higher technical education (environmental engineering or related),
• Professional experience consisting of proper and personal participation in the implementation of industrial construction projects as a Works Manager or Construction Manager for at least 2 years,
• Possession of unlimited construction qualifications in the installation specialty for networks, installations and equipment for heating, ventilation, gas, water supply and sewage (mandatory condition),
• Willingness to travel on business – the place of work is construction sites throughout the country,
• Qualification certificates in the scope of supervision and/or operation G1/G2/G3 are welcome.
