For our Client from the Agricultural industry, we are looking for candidates for the position of vineyard worker. We offer legal employment based on a French temporary employment contract.

Your responsibilities:

• Pruning plants to maintain their proper growth and aesthetic appearance,
• Regularly watering plants and monitoring soil moisture,
• Caring for crops, including fertilizing, weeding, monitoring plant health, and responding to any diseases or pests.

Expected contract length:

• about 3 months with the possibility of extension

Our requirements:

• Availability for at least 3 months
• Good physical condition
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions
• Car for travel to the team

What we offer:

• French temporary employment contract CDD – right to sickness and pension benefits,
• Salary: 11.88 €/h gross,
• Bonus +10% at the end of the mission to the hourly rate,
• Bonus +10% at the end of the mission for unused vacation or 2 days off for each month worked,
• Free travel to France (paid bus ticket) or reimbursement for traveling by personal car according to a flat rate of 180 euros + an additional 45 euros/person for bringing a passenger,
• Remote coordinator support during travel and throughout the contract,
• Free accommodation
